A load can be felt as a feeling of tension in your body. An emotion and thought or belief are connected with this body tension. Think of the lump in your throat if you are sad or stone on your stomach with nerves. We have two main forms of charge. The powerlessness and the behavior. The powerlessness is actually the pain that we do not want to feel. To get away from this, we start to behave in a certain way. If you become aware of your behavior then you also want to get rid of it. By mixing both in the feeling center, they cease to exist. This makes you free to learn new behavior.
